How does the Orlicka Card work and what can it do?
It can do more than you’d expect from a little card you get for free. You can obtain the Orlicka Card at one of the partner accommodation providers. Your host will issue it to you, either in digital or paper form. The Orlicka Card doesn’t force you to deal with anything, but it can make every day more enjoyable—whether you’re heading out on a ridge hike, to a museum, or for Sunday dumplings at a mountain inn. All you need to do is stay overnight and let a card full of benefits work for you.

You will stay with one of the partner accommodation providers (a hotel, guesthouse, or cottage), and on arrival they will issue you the Orlicko Card free of charge, either in paper or digital form.
The digital Card can be conveniently saved to the wallet app on your phone: on iPhone you already have Apple Wallet, and on Android we recommend the YourWallet app.
When using it at participating locations with a service provider (e.g., tourist attractions, ski resorts, swimming pools), you simply show the Orlicko Card.
The Orlicka Card comes in two forms: primarily digital or paper. You can choose whichever suits you better. Your accommodation provider will issue the card to you during check-in.
The digital Guest Card will be sent to you by email (if you provided it on arrival or via the pre-check-in form before arrival). You can add it to Apple Wallet on iPhone or to Yourwallet on Android.
The paper Guest Card can be printed by your accommodation provider at the reception; it is one-third of an A4 sheet.
Validity begins on the first day of your stay at the partner’s facility and ends on the last day of your stay (inclusive).
The card is completely free of charge for a guest staying at a partner accommodation. The accommodation provider must complete the mandatory registration of the tourist stay, which is part of the region’s rules. This is linked to payment of the so-called local accommodation tax. Its amount varies from one municipality to another.
Yes! Each registered guest will receive their own Orlicka Card (there is not one card for the whole family).
No tragedy! Contact your accommodation provider. In case of a minor mistake, they will issue your card later without any problem or provide a digital replacement. However, issuing a new card will invalidate the original lost one.
